With over 20 years of coaching experience, including a decade at the Division I level (University of Oregon, Arizona State, UCLA), I’ve worked with athletes at every stage—from college-bound prospects to professionals competing at the highest level.
Since 2012, I’ve trained clients throughout Los Angeles, delivering efficient, results-driven programs that build strength, improve movement quality, and enhance durability—without wasted time.

This is a private, low-volume training model.
